Adjust as needed

A flare up messed with my original plans of MMX p90x3 this morning. All the pain seemed to stay in my arms and shoulders, so I had to settle for a Shaun T date and some T25 Lower Focus while the 3 year old crawled between my legs. Oh well, whatever it takes, right? Life is going to throw us curve balls and we have to adjust as we go. No journey is a straight line, you have to have some flexibility. Now I have my cherry strawberry shakeo in my hand, vegan tropical strawberry shakeology mixed with cherry juice, so very good!

P90X3 vs T25 Challenge
